“Inside The Birds” announced today the third season of its Eagles pregame show.
“Inside The Birds Pregame Live” will live stream exclusively on the Inside The Birds YouTube channel.

The show will feature “Inside The Birds” co-hosts and veteran Philadelphia Eagles/NFL Insiders Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher, along with NFL Films Senior Producer and “ESPN NFL Matchup Show” co-host Greg Cosell, and former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver and co-host of “Q&A” on the Inside the Birds platform, Jason Avant.

Inside the Birds Pregame Live will make its season debut Sunday, Sept. 11, with coverage beginning at 10 a.m. live from Rivers Casino and Sportsbook on Delaware Ave. in Philadelphia. The LIVE, two-hour weekly show will begin at 10 a.m. for all 1 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. Eagles games, and 5 p.m. for all primetime games.  The show will have a mix of reporting, player analysis, tape breakdown, Eagles discussion, and predictions.

New this season is Inside The Birds Postgame Live which will feature Adam Caplan, Geoff Mosher, and Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Famer, Tra Thomas, which will live stream exclusively on Inside The Birds YouTube immediately following the conclusion of all Eagles games.

Inside The Birds has launched a Patreon-subscription channel available at patreon.com/InsideTheBirds.  The membership includes additional “intel” including bonus episodes, show tickets and a discord chat with hosts, and more benefits.


“Inside The Birds Postgame Live” adds to the “Inside The Birds” 2022 Fall programming which includes:

  • “Inside The Birds Pregame Live” before every Eagles game.
  • “Inside The Birds” Podcast: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 a.m.
  • “Inside The Birds Radio” on 97.5 The Fanatic (WPEN-FM), live on Monday nights from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
  • “Q&A” presented by Inside The Birds, with Quintin Mikell and Jason Avant every Tuesday at 6 a.m.
  • Plus, daily content on www.insidethebirds.com including write-ups and exclusive interviews.
