There’s no better way to celebrate Victory Monday than by paying homage to October 3rd, aka “Mean Girls Day.” In a way, the NFC East is kind of like the cast of Mean Girls.

We have Regina George which has to be the Dallas Cowboys. It just makes the most sense that this team is the bully of the NFC East (at least, last year). Then we have Karen Smith who is best represented by the New York Giants. The team radiates her character so well. The Washington Commanders have to be Gretchen Weiners, just because if you’ve seen the movie – you get it.

That leaves the Philadelphia Eagles as the star of the movie, Cady Heron. Heron is the sweet-turned-mean girl throughout the movie and I just think the Eagles are fully accepting their villain era.

Washington Commanders: “That was so (not) fetch!”

Not a good weekend for the Commanders as Carson Wentz went 25-of-42 for 170 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. Looking to beat their division rival, the Dallas Cowboys, the Commanders could not get a lead going. Ultimately, they fell to 1-3.

New York Giants: “The limit does not exist” on where this team can go

Seriously, putting in Saquon Barkley in at QB screams triple threat. The Giants walked away with a win this weekend over the Bears, 20-12. Injuries are hitting the Giants, but they were still able to pull through and put themselves in 3-1 to start the season. Daniel Jones, one of the key injured players, had two touchdowns on the ground.

Philadelphia Eagles: “I’m not like a regular team, I’m a cool team.”

The Philadelphia Eagles came back from a two-score deficit and never looked back against the Jacksonville Jaguars, 29-21. Jalen Hurts soared in the air and on his feet with the rest of the team following suit. In the rain with key guys out against their former head coach, the Eagles secured a win and start 4-0 for the first time since 2004. Next week, the Eagles face another former teammate, Zach Ertz, and the Cardinals.

Dallas Cowboys: “Raise your hand if you’ve ever been personally victimized by Cooper Rush.”

Cooper Rush is 3-0 while under center, including a victory over the weekend against division rival Washington Commanders, 25-10. Rush went 15-of-27 for 223 yards and two touchdowns. Their defense also had some picks from Wentz to help secure a win. This week, the Cowboys face the Rams.
