Someones gotta lose! The 2-0 Eagles are traveling down to Tampa Bay to take on the 2-0 Buccaneers. This will be the second game in a row that the Eagles are playing in prime time. All eyes will be on them, and most of those eyes will be trying to win a little bit of money. Here are three of the best props for the game. (Odds may change).
A.J. Brown over 68.5 receiving yards (-125)
A.J. Brown has been the talk of the media this week after a slight blow up on the sideline in last weeks win over the Vikings. As the week went on, it has been made clear by Brown, Hurts, and Sirianni that everything is fine, and emotions were just running high. The first two weeks haven’t been great for A.J. Brown. In week one he had 7 catches on 10 targets for 79 yards. Last week he had 4 catches on 6 targets for 29 yards. We all know Brown is an elite receiver, and the ball is going to start finding him more. Sirianni is the type of coach to help his players, and there is no doubt he is going to game plan for A.J Brown this week.
Eagles team total touchdowns over 2.5 (-190)
All of us fans have been waiting to see the elite Eagles offense from last year. We have been waiting for Hurts to be in MVP form like last season. This is the perfect game for the offense to wake up. The Buccaneers have been dealing with some injuries in their defense. Calijah Kancey (DNP) and and Carlton Davis (LP) are both play makers that are banged up. The Eagles are going to be the best offense they have faced by a lot so far this season, and it will be satisfying to see them get back on track against this middle of the pack Buccs defense.
Baker Mayfield over 0.5 interceptions (-120)
The Eagles were missing James Bradberry, and Reed Blankenship in last weeks win against the Vikings. With both of those players back from injury, the Eagles secondary will be much stronger. The loss of Avonte Maddox hurts, but the secondary is still in good shape. With Blankenship and Bradberry back, the Eagles can play a lot faster, and use a lot more exotic c0verages. Look for the pass rush to swarm Baker Mayfield, forcing him to make some bad decisions.
This week is a great week for the Eagles to get the momentum rolling in their direction. These props are all great odds and they could all easily hit.
