Villanova Football On the Rise – Again
The Wildcats Are Trying to End the Season On A Magical Run.
The Villanova Wildcats Began a home game at Villanova Stadium, ranked #3 in the Coastal Athletic Conference.

When Jaylan Sanchez caught an eighteen-yard touchdown pass from Connor Watkins in the first quarter on Saturday at home against North Carolina A&T — they never looked back on the way to a 31–3 route.
A year after Villanova (8–2) rushed for 248 yards against NC A&T (1–9) in 2023— Villanova racked up 390 yards, including 223 rushing.
The Wildcats would add three rushing touchdowns (two from Connor Watkins and one from David Avit) in a contest that was really never that close after the opening kickoff.
Villanova came into the game ranked third in the conference behind the University of Delaware (8–1) and the University of Richmond (8–2).
Next up for Villanova is next Saturday at the University of Monmouth (4–6).
